Ion exchange technology:

     Ion exchange refers to the water treatment method that USES ion exchange agent to make the exchange agent and the exchangeable 

ion in the aqueous solution have the reversible exchange of equal matter quality rules, which leads to the improvement of water quality 

but the structure of ion exchange agent does not change substantially.Ion exchange technology has been widely used in the field of 

water treatment.Such as water quality softening, water quality desalination, high purity water production, industrial wastewater treatment,

 heavy metals and precious metal recovery, and so on.

     Ion-exchange agents are generally divided into modelless (natural sea green sand, synthetic bubble zeolite, sulfonated coal...)(organic 

synthetic cation exchange resin, anion exchange resin, oxidizing reducing resin, amphoteric resin and chelating resin...).The most 

commonly used is the organic synthesis of cation exchange resin and anion exchange resin.

  Ion exchange containers from the material can be divided into: carbon steel lining adhesive, stainless steel, hard PVC, plexiglass, FRP 

lining adhesive......It can meet the requirements of different water treatment systems.

    Softening technology is the cation exchange resin according to the ion exchange device loaded in the exchange container, its full name

 is the cation exchange column, short for the softening bed.

    Softener bed is generally used in reverse osmosis devices to reduce or remove Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions in water, extend the time of 

inorganic salt scaling in reverse osmosis system, and protect the reverse osmosis membrane system.It can also be set in front of EDI 

electric deionization device, so that the water quality into EDI meets the requirements of water inlet, and prevent the scaling of EDI 

membrane block and affect the water quality.In addition, the softening bed is usually used in the middle and low pressure boiler water 

supply industry and chemical, papermaking and other process water occasions, reduce the role of water hardness.
