☆The filtration system should be sterilized periodically.Ultrafiltration membrane can retain bacteria, but it can not kill bacteria,

impact through the water quality, such as some mineral water products in the translucent filamentous white flocculent mold group, mainly
caused by mold contamination system.Therefore, it is necessary to periodically sterilize the turnover environment and the filtration system
. The operation cycle of sterilization is determined by the quality of the raw water supplied. For urban common tap water, 7-10 days in
summer, 30-40 days in winter, 20-30 days in spring and autumn.When surface water is used as the source of supply, the sterilization
period is shorter.Sterilization drugs can be used 500 ~ 1000mg/L sodium hypochlorite solution or 1% hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution
circulating flow or soak for about half an hour.
☆As each ultrafiltration component is added with protective fluid before leaving the factory, the protective fluid in the component
should be thoroughly flushed before use. First, flush with low-pressure (0.1mpa) water supply for 1 hour, and then flush with
high-pressure (0.2mpa) water supply for 1 hour. When flushing with either low pressure or high pressure, all the water production and
discharge valves of the system should be opened.When using the produced water, check and make sure that the water does not contain
any fungicide.
☆ Ultrafiltration components should be handled lightly and protected. As ultrafiltration components are precision equipment, they
should be carefully used and installed.If the component is stopped, rinse it with clean water, add 0.5% formaldehyde solution to sterilize
and seal it.If the winter components should be treated with anti-freezing, otherwise the components may be scrapped.
