Filtration Equipment
Ultra filtration is a separation process performed by the membrane. The
principle is based on the theory of filtration with pressure as its impetus.
The precision of filtration is between 0.005-0.01μm and the particulate,
colloid, bacteria, microorganism and organic matters of macromolecule can
be got rid of the water effectively.
The ultra filtration equipment is not affected by high temperatures,
acidity, alkalinity or oxidation. It can operate continuously under the
following conditions: below 60 degrees celcius with a 2-11 pH value.
The ultra filtration equipment is widely applied in separation, concentration,
purification of the water.
There is no change about state in the process of ultra filtration. It
is adapt to separate substance which is sensitive to the high temperature
but fit for normal temperature. It is widely applied in hospital, food,
drinking water, mineral water, industry separation, concentration, purification,
waste water treatment of industry such as electrophoresis and plating.
Presently, ultra filtration equipment has been applied to reverse osmosis
systems to increase the quantity of pure water produces and extend the
life of the reverse osmosis membrane units.
